Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Intermediate/Expert Excel functions
Experience with Workday or other HRIS
Data integration from multiple sources
Design and implement HR data analytics roadmap
Produce data presentations and reports
Nice-to-have
Experience in PowerBI or similar platform
Knowledge of GDPR and data management
Supportive of diversity and inclusion efforts
