Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and incidents to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of all resident information.

Monitor vital signs and record data accurately
