Job Summary

  • Receive incidents and service requests within an exciting area of alarming and communication systems, applications, and other critical infrastructures.
  • Process all 1st and 2nd level tasks in connection with our customers, users, and suppliers, including triaging, tracking, and escalating tickets.
  • Proactively monitor systems, perform operational routine tasks, and maintain documentation and information platforms.
