Must-have
10 years General Contractor or Electrical Contractor experience
5 years directly involved with construction projects
Experience with manufacturing or industrial sector construction
Experience negotiating contract buyout and putting bids together
Estimating and buyout for Electrical/Low Voltage installation subcontracts
Existing network of trade contractor relationships in electrical trade
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project/P6, Timberline, AutoCAD, or Revit
Nice-to-have
Experience working in Data Center environments
OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification
Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
Willingness to travel for project requirements
Experience with BMS and EPMS system integration systems
