The Initial Assessment and Planning (IAP) Worker position is critical in breaking the cycle of homelessness by ensuring individuals exiting prison or forensic facilities are connected to safe housing, information and pathways into the community.
As an IAP Worker, this is your opportunity to deliver high quality housing assessment, planning and referral services to people at risk of homelessness who are currently in, or exiting, custodial settings.
