Job Summary

  • The Initial Assessment and Planning (IAP) Worker position is critical in breaking the cycle of homelessness by ensuring individuals exiting prison or forensic facilities are connected to safe housing, information and pathways into the community.
  • As an IAP Worker, this is your opportunity to deliver high quality housing assessment, planning and referral services to people at risk of homelessness who are currently in, or exiting, custodial settings.

SCHADS Award – Social and Community Services Level 5; Salary packaging up to $15,900 tax free + $2,650 meal entertainment benefit; Generous Paid Parental leave, Purchased Leave Scheme, 5 days paid leave for other TSA programs

  • Experience with homelessness or at-risk individuals
  • Current VIC Working with Children Check
  • Current VIC Driver’s License
