Job Summary
Independently manage a high-volume, multi-state production pipeline, ensuring every file moves from contract to "ready-to-close" in strict accordance with lender and company requirements.
Prepare and audit Closing Disclosures (CD), HUD-1 Settlement Statements, and conveyance documents; ensure all state-specific taxes, fees, and credits are balanced with "to-the-penny" accuracy.
