Job Summary
This role enables Johnson Controls to achieve strategic objectives by optimizing portfolio management practices across enterprise-wide initiatives.
The successful candidate will lead quarterly and annual strategic planning processes to ensure initiatives are prioritized based on organizational goals.
You will provide oversight of the Capital Appropriations Process and partner with FP&A to coordinate the annual capital plan.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6+ years project portfolio management experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Capital Appropriations Process (CARs) oversight
Strategic roadmap development and alignment
Executive dashboard and reporting creation
Nice-to-have
PMP or Lean Portfolio Management certification
Experience with McKinsey Wave tools
Ability to think outside the box for solutions
Strong stakeholder influence and collaboration skills
Commitment to developing team members
Key Requirements
