Incumbents must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions and lift weights up to twenty-five pounds independently.

Base: $23.00 - $25.50/hr; Bonus: Weekly, monthly, or quarterly bonus programs eligible; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k) match
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
1-2 years of Leasing experience
Proficiency using Yardi or OneSite software
Weekend availability required
Valid driver's license for golf cart operation
Nice-to-have
Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
Experience with internet marketing tools
Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays
