Job Summary
Assist in establishing and maintaining "World Class" customer relationships through understanding customer needs and concerns as part of the Oxford Commitment.
Assist with annual budget preparation and quarterly reforecasting/reporting, including operating variance analyses, leasing cost and capital projects tracking.
Maintain Emergency Management plan updates, contacts and Send Word Now lists.

Base: $72,000 to $85,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual Incentive Award; Benefits: Eligible for group benefits and retirement plans

Key Requirements
3 -5 years’ experience in Real Estate Management
Post-secondary degree with focus in business or real estate
Enrolment in RPA/CPM is an asset
Demonstrated ability to multi-task
Strong Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
basic Knowledge in JDE preferred
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
