Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will partner with executive leadership, legal teams, and external auditors to drive continuous improvement in the reporting function and maintain SOX-compliant internal controls.
  • Figure offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $140,250 to $189,750, a 25% annual bonus target, and company equity in the form of RSUs.
