Job Summary

• As a key member of the Americas Property Marketing Hub, the Graphic Designer on the Capital Markets team is responsible for the development of marketing materials to effectively showcase and market properties for sale.
• Designs visually stunning property marketing materials, including property brochures, offering memorandums, email blasts, brokers opinion of values (BOV), presentations, and other graphics in a highly efficient manner.
