Job Summary

  • The James Clinical Call Center Triage RN is responsible to be the primary responder to manage telephone calls within the defined scope of practice for established James patients.
  • The nurse will be responsible to follow up and assist in resolving post-discharge or post-procedure calls that require additional intervention after initial post-discharge/post-procedure call completed.
  • They will also be the clinical resource for James scheduling staff for referral based needs.
