Job Summary
The Principal Site Manager is ultimately responsible during the operational phase for planning of work and directing and managing the performance of the Company’s operations at the Baltic Hub.
Lead a multidisciplinary team of O&M personnel and manage suppliers, contractors, and OEMs to ensure safe and efficient site activities.
Compensation includes a performance-based salary, career development opportunities, language courses, and a subsidy for the Germany Ticket.
