Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of business/field construction experience
Associate's Degree and 4 years of business/field construction experience
High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of business/field construction experience
Fundamental background in construction management
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, civil, chemical, construction or operations
Proficiency with Microsoft office products
Ability to interface with external agencies and customers
Strong interpersonal, communication, written, and presentation skills
Knowledge of Building Code and permit requirements
Knowledge of safety and environmental procedures
Knowledge of contract administration procedures, inspection and cost control
