  • Crisis line technology troubleshooting

  • 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience
  • Familiarity with specialized crisis programs
  • Strong coaching and performance management skills
  • Ability to support trauma-inclusive culture
  • Experience with data and CQI collaboration

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work or behavioral health
  • LCSW or LCPC license required or eligible within timelines
  • 3+ years clinical experience in crisis or behavioral health
  • Pass criminal background, child protective service, and sex offender checks
  • Not on state or federal suspension and disbarment list
