Job Summary
The Recruitment Coordinator reports to the Associate Director of Admissions and will be responsible for managing the university’s undergraduate student recruitment efforts in an assigned territory and other areas as designated.
Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with high school counselors, visiting high schools to recruit students, working college fairs, and presenting at college-day and community events.
The position requires the ability to organize multiple tasks, maintain cohesive working files, work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and possess strong oral and written communication skills.
