Job Summary
The Director, Business Development Transactions supports the execution of CSL’s partnering, licensing, acquisition and collaboration deals by managing core diligence, analysis and transaction workstreams.
This role translates evaluation outputs and strategic direction from senior deal leaders into structured negotiation positions, transaction documentation and coordinated cross-functional execution.
It plays a critical hands-on role in progressing deals with accuracy, speed, and high operational rigour.
