Must-have

  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or CEM-IT certification
  • Experience with IPMVP measurement and verification criteria
  • Proficiency in Energy Star Portfolio Manager software
  • Strong analytical skills for energy and carbon calculations

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of EWRB, GRESB, and Montreal Disclosure regulations
  • Data visualization experience using Power BI or Tableau

Key Requirements
