Job Summary

  • Shape, elevate and enhance our Irvine campus culture by creating meaningful employee experiences that encourage collaboration and drive innovation to elevate J&J MedTech to be an employer of choice in Orange County and Southern California.
  • Lead the footprint strategy for the Irvine campus partnering with key business partners and offering subject-matter expertise to leaders to support business strategic growth and future direction of the campus, including reimagining connectivity and physical spaces within and across buildings located on our campus.
  • Partner with Facilities team to develop and monitor key performance metrics to measure Campus utilization and assess service and program delivery effectiveness and performance.

Base: $122,000.00 - $212,750.00; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Vacation –120 hours per calendar year, Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year, Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year, Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year, Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child, Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year, Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period, 10 days Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year, Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
