Job Summary
Lead 250 personnel responsible for end-to-end Server RMA operations supporting a hyperscale customer server environment.
Manage high-volume, high-complexity production activities including server disassembly, diagnosis, repair, refurbishment, reassembly, testing, and quality assurance.
Ensure strict adherence to customer SLAs, quality standards, and turnaround time (TAT) requirements while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Proven ability to manage operations with tight SLAs
Proficiency with ERP/MES systems
Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel pivot tables required)
