Job Summary

  • Oversee and manage HPC applications both on-premises and AWS platforms, keeping an updated inventory and creating user-friendly guides to ensure an excellent experience for research scientists.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and IT teams to integrate and support applications like Posit WorkBench and Connect, Jupyter, VS Code, AWS HealthOmics and others.
  • Provide Tier3 support for Linux-based applications, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
