Job Summary

• Partner with Private Bankers and Financial Advisors/Private Wealth Advisors to support the Firm’s goal of providing private banking products to Ultra High Net Worth clients and/or prospects.
• Responsible for driving growth across all UHNW Lending products – Mortgage, Securities Based Lending, and Tailored Lending.

Salary

Base: $110,000 - $190,000 Yr; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation award and business unit incentive compensation plan; Benefits: Full spectrum of benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, 401(k), etc.

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 7-10 years of experience
• Private banking or commercial banking experience
• Lending origination and credit analysis
• Formal credit training strongly preferred
• Proven new business development / origination experience
