** Solventum is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage high-profile clients in a remote capacity, focusing on strategic activities and relationship management within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare software customer service and a strong understanding of Health Information Systems. **

Job Summary

  • The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing 1-3 high profile clients/partners in an account team environment with the primary focus on supporting the daily and strategic activities of a Solventum key business partner.
  • This role will interact with both the Account Sales team and Strategic Sales team throughout the contracting process from pre-sales to post-sale, including direct interactions with the key stakeholders to further grow our partnership and expand Solventum’s footprint in Health Information Systems products and services.
  • The SAM will be expected to be an expert in that client/partner, embedding themselves with the C-Suite and leadership team, proactively looking for growth opportunities within the organization and removing barriers inhibiting success.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 5 years of healthcare software customer service and/or sales experience
  • High School Diploma/GED AND 9 years of healthcare software customer service and/or sales experience
  • Experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive
  • Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, Softrax)
