Provide proactive, responsive and sound advice and management to all Canadian lines of business to assist with the mitigation of legal and reputational risk.
You will work closely with your colleagues within the Legal Department and amongst the various internal partner groups within the Bank (lines of business, Communications, Compliance, Risk etc.).

Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of progressive legal advisor experience
Called to the Bar in Ontario and member in good standing
