This is a casual role with a flexible, 24-hour on-call roster, offering generous compensation for availability and incident response.
We are seeking experienced individuals from military, law enforcement, mental health, or emergency services with strong decision-making and empathy skills.

Key Requirements
Recent or current experience in Australia within emergency services, military and/or security-related work
High level of self-awareness, motivation, and self-management
Ability to set priorities and make quick decisions
