Wintrust is seeking a Vice President of BSA Operations Manager to oversee the corporate BSA/AML program, focusing on customer due diligence, compliance, and team management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BSA and AML, with strong leadership and communication skills

Key Requirements
