The Operations Support Lead will serve as a central focal point on the floor to integrate performance efficiencies and support cross-functional teams with engineers and IT.
Responsibilities include maintaining a safe work environment, reviewing executed batch records, and leading investigations and CAPAs related to procedure and MES updates.
Candidates must be flexible to work 24/7 shifts including nights and weekends, with potential travel up to 10% for network support at sister sites.
