This position will lead and manage JLABS Singapore and help build a world-class scientific and technology portfolio, overseeing all incubation portfolio companies and related business activities in the region.
The role involves fostering innovation and deep scientific, drug, and platform technology development regionally by incubating selected companies aligned with areas of strategic relevance to J&J.
You will be responsible for leading the strategy, operational activities, and team to deliver on business objectives including financial performance, portfolio sourcing, management, and marketing/branding deliverables of JLABS Singapore.
