Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include identifying residents, reporting changes in condition, recording information, and assisting residents with daily functions and personal care needs.
The role requires assisting residents with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting, as well as performing restorative and rehabilitative procedures.
