  • As an Operational Excellence Advisor, you will facilitate improvement teams, execute Rapid Improvement events, and build strategic relationships with pillar and entity leads, assuming the role of a critical business partner.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required
  • Minimum of 3 years of Lean Six Sigma experience
  • 2 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare
  • Minimum of five years in Lean Six Sigma transformation
  • Experience with DMADV, DMAIC, and Quick Wins required
  • Experience teaching healthcare Lean Six Sigma principles
  • Advanced leadership skills
  • Advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience utilizing statistical analysis software
  • Experience with Malcolm Baldrige framework
