Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
Perform preventative maintenance
Read electrical drawings and schematics
Troubleshoot PLC ladder logic
Use electronic test equipment
Adhere to safety procedures and LOTO
Nice-to-have
Experience with soldering and electronic repair
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing
Experience with CMMS systems
Strong sense of ownership and initiative
Key Requirements
Associate degree or 5+ years experience
Ability to participate in rotating 24/7 on-call schedule
