Job Summary

• The Director, Quality Engineering is a senior individual contributor accountable for designing, building, and sustaining automated quality engineering capabilities across Customer and Commercial product teams.
• This role is hands-on and execution-oriented—responsible for creating and maintaining automated QA frameworks, pipelines, and quality platforms that enable teams to deliver faster with confidence.

$164,000 - $193,000 Base; Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 30; Benefits: A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• 8+ years hands-on experience building automated QA solutions
• Proven track record creating and sustaining automation at enterprise scale
• Deep expertise in test automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and cloud-native systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
