As a Production / Logistics Leader, you are the key contact for the Sector Manager and play a key role in animating the production cell.
You will conduct daily TOP5s, animate performance and continuous improvement, and organize the team according to skills, authorizations, and production needs.
You will ensure the relay of the Sector Manager when absent (organizational, managerial, administrative) and guarantee team cohesion and respect for company rules.
