Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
  • State of Illinois licensure/registration
  • Eligibility for Medical Staff Office credentialing
  • Advanced nursing degree or accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Completion of approved NNP training
  • 2 years clinical experience in Level III or IV NICU
  • NCC certification as neonatal nurse practitioner
  • Current registered nurse license in Illinois
  • Physician Assistant license/registration in Illinois
  • Certification from NCCPA
