• This entry-level position provides legal representation for Exchange policyholders to protect their interests in the defense of personal injury and/or property damage lawsuits.
• The position also provides legal representation for the Exchange to defend and/or protect its interest in subrogation actions, medical payment reimbursement, and other legal actions.
