Job Summary

  • Assist with leading and managing multi-disciplined project teams providing required business process expertise, as well as handling complex problem research resolution and other special projects.
  • Leverages Six Sigma strategies and tools to drive operational excellence, risk reduction and process efficiency, resulting in realized cost savings, efficiency, and client satisfaction improvements.
  • Gain valuable knowledge from and experience with diverse, caring colleagues around the world.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in insurance/reinsurance/ financial services
  • 7+ years of process improvement experience
  • Progress toward MBA, FLMI, ALHC or other relevant professional accreditation
  • 3+ years of reinsurance
  • Prosci Change Practitioner Certified
