Assist with leading and managing multi-disciplined project teams providing required business process expertise, as well as handling complex problem research resolution and other special projects.
Leverages Six Sigma strategies and tools to drive operational excellence, risk reduction and process efficiency, resulting in realized cost savings, efficiency, and client satisfaction improvements.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience
8 - 10 years of experience in insurance/reinsurance/ financial services
7+ years of process improvement experience
