Base: $130,000 - $153,000; Bonus/Equity: Incentive compensation and equity included; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package described on company website
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6-8 years EHS experience in biotech or pharma
Expert knowledge of Clean Air Act regulations
Experience with Title V permitting and AER reports
Proficiency in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
Ability to lead air permit application packages
Nice-to-have
Advanced degree in Environmental Sciences or MBA
Experience with Enablon EHS management systems
Data analytics and operational excellence skills
Strong collaboration across multiple global sites
Process mapping and continuous improvement expertise
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering
6-8 years of EHS experience in biotech/pharma
Expertise in federal, state, and local air regulations
Demonstrated experience with EHS Electronic Management Systems
