Job Summary

  • Lead the construction team for all site activities and coordinate all subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate with the Site Safety Team to ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations throughout the project.
  • Present weekly reports on site progress and planning to Clients and Consultants while resolving site issues collaboratively.

Key Requirements

  • At least 15 years relevant site experience
  • Experience with structural steel and precast building projects
  • Familiarity with Singapore Codes and Practices
  • Experience with 50m lap pool projects over 1.2m depth
  • Local experience with deep excavation of 6m or more
