Job Summary
Senior leadership role responsible for identifying, creating, and executing business strategies and sales processes for the Preferred Program.
Partner closely with Product/Segment leaders, Marketing, DSG, One Bank Business Partners, and Retail Business Leaders to maintain alignment on key strategies and programs.
Responsible for providing employees timely, candid and constructive performance feedback, developing employees to their fullest potential and providing challenging opportunities.
