Proposal writing for major donors
Knowledge of Sphere standards and Red Cross Code
Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in high tension security environments

Ability to work under pressure with limited resources
Additional UN languages (French, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese)
Understanding of local context and culture

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Development Studies or Social Science
At least 1 year of experience in humanitarian grant acquisition
