Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Speech-Language Pathologist licensed
Patient evaluation within 24 hours
Treatment plan development and approval
Supervise Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants
Documentation of medical records
Computer skills with Casamba and Point Click Care
Nice-to-have
Participate in patient care conferences
Conduct in-service training for staff
Clinical preceptor for CFY/RFP students
Ability to relate positively with patients and staff
Key Requirements
Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Licensed as Speech Therapist in the state
Completion of 350 supervised clinical practicum hours
At least 9 months supervised full-time SLP services
Successful completion of national SLP examination
Maintain license in good standing with state board
