Job Summary

• The Marketing Automation & Messaging Senior Manager will be responsible for Braze journey building, focused on email, in-app, and other messaging channels.
• This role reports to the VP Product Marketing and requires building, testing, and delivering multi-channel messages to drive subscriber and retention goals.
• The position involves leading and optimizing messaging reporting, running ad hoc analysis, and determining the roadmap for automation to modernize tools and systems.

Base: $121,000.00 to $162,200.00 per year; Bonus/Equity: May be provided; Benefits: Full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits

Key Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in operations or digital marketing
• Experience working in CMS tools for lifecycle messaging
• Proven track record of developing and executing marketing messaging strategies
• Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
