The Executive Director is responsible for the strategic planning and management of Engineering and Operations for a 5 million square foot facility with an annual operating budget exceeding $12 million.
This role serves as a primary leader for UAMS's sustainability initiatives, including reporting decarbonization commitments to federal agencies and leading the campus Sustainability Steering Committee.
The position manages a team of 4 direct reports and 96 indirect reports overseeing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, grounds, energy management, and minor renovation projects.
