• 12+ years of experience in systems engineering
• 5+ years managerial experience
• Aerospace systems engineering experience preferred
• Experience writing Systems Safety protocols
• Experience taking a product from concept to production
• Managed requirements traceability and evolution
• Allocated requirements to subsystem & engineering coordination
• Evaluated system performance thresholds
• Development of instrumented flight test vectors
• Provided input for model development and simulation analysis
• Developed systems test plans, procedures and reports
