Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for the daily management of the restaurant, lounge and banquet/meeting room ensuring that the highest standards of food & beverage service is provided to the guests.
  • The F&B Manager plans, organizes and directs the overall F&B operation, administration, marketing and promotion of the outlet, and is responsible and accountable for its profitability and revenue generation.
  • Mercure Living Putrajaya offers extensive dining and leisure facilities including a hot pot restaurant, co-working space, meeting rooms, outdoor salt water swimming pool, gym, tennis court, children's playground and spa.
