Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models
  • Build scalable data pipelines and model training workflows
  • Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs
  • Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
  • Optimize LLM inference for latency, throughput, and cost
  • Proficiency in ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, CUDA)
  • Strong understanding of MLOps tools and practices

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with deep learning, NLP, computer vision
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and optimization
  • Familiarity with distributed training and model parallelism

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • 2+ years focused on NLP or LLMs
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
  • US citizens only
