Job Summary
Provides recruitment services for the Juarez Campus as part of Global Recruiting, being a strategic partner of human resources and managers to achieve recruitment objectives for a select group of positions.
Under limited supervision, this position coordinates with managers and HRBP to carry out the recruitment process from start to finish, including creating and carrying out strategies to fill positions.
Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to the next level of management and ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to HSE practices.
