Job Summary
This role is critical for developing and managing Process Safety Management programs essential to lithium-ion battery manufacturing operations at LG Energy Solution's North American facility.
The position requires deep expertise in mitigating high-hazard risks such as thermal runaway, chemical exposure, and equipment failures while ensuring strict regulatory compliance.
Candidates will lead annual EHS planning, facilitate complex hazard analyses like PHA and LOPA, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the plant.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Environmental Health & Safety
7+ years of EHS or process safety experience in high-hazard manufacturing
Expert knowledge of NMP, thermal runaway, and electrolyte handling
Proven ability to interpret engineering drawings and P&IDs
