Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field
3+ years management experience required
3+ years hands-on composite materials experience
5+ years program management experience
Lead team of approximately 10 individual contributors
Nice-to-have

Active security clearance is a plus
Proven experience leading strategy and portfolio management
