Key Requirements

  • Professional accounting designation (CA, ACCA, ACA, CPA) or insurance/risk management qualification (ACII, CPCU, CIRM)
  • Minimum of 10 years recent captive management experience
  • Minimum of 10 years recent client relationship experience
  • Experience in financial reporting under GAAP and IFRS
  • Expert knowledge of investment and insurance accounting
  • Excellent knowledge of local regulations and procedures
  • Familiarity with captive policy structures and tax matters
  • Minimum of 5 years recent supervisory or managerial experience
